Here are some questions to ask/things to consider before you sign up for any bookkeeping classes - online or otherwise.
- Do the classes lead to a certificate or degree of some type?
- Are the classes self-paced or to you have to attend online at a predetermined time?
- What is the cost of the class?
- What other materials (bookkeeping textbooks, etc.) are required and what is their cost?
- What technological setup do you need in order to take the class (minimum system requirements, operating system, etc.)?
- How long does the class last?
- What kind of grading is involved?
- Do you need to take a test at the end of the class and, if so, is their an additional cost?
